Exhibitors
We are delighted to offer you an opportunity to have a trade stand or poster stand at the 2nd International AEGIS Conference (29-30 November 2011). The conference aims to gather presenters who address the perspective of both end-user and developer in a number of areas, including interactive demonstrations of assistive technology and ICT in the areas of Rich Internet Applications (RIA), desktop applications and mobile applications, as well as developer tools that embed accessibility plug-ins.
Exhibitor package
The exhibitor package includes:
- – Networking opportunities with approximately 150 delegates during breaks and meal times.
- -Opportunity to attend all conference sessions to keep up to date with activities and research.
Exhibit types
There are two types of stand available:
- – Manned stand: includes stand space (approximately 2m x 1m, access to electrical power, one table and chair, and Wi-Fi access.
- – Poster exhibit: maximum poster size A1 (594 x 841mm). One poster per exhibitor.
The number of exhibition stands is limited.
Fees
There are no fees for exhibitors, however places are limited.
