This tool for Self Evaluation provides feedback on performance on the EQUASS criteria.

After answering all questions you will receive feedback on performance on the nine principles of Excellence, the key values of the social sector. The feedback is given by a spider web diagram and a score (percentage) in fulfilling the EQUASS criteria.

The Self-Evaluation Instrument is also giving concrete suggestions for implementations based on the answered given.

After completing the Self-Evaluation and the implementation of the suggestions given you can download the EQUASS application form from the web site and send it is with a request for external certification.
