Providers of services to people with disabilities are knowledge-based organisations. EPR's KMC represents an online resource whose aim is to pool the expertise available in the entire network into one single database. The added value of the KMC lies in the fact that knowledge becomes readily accessible to all professionals from all countries.

In this way, they can find information related to projects, best practices and expertise at their fingertips.

The KMC is supported by a network of KMC administrators who meet regularly to discuss modalities and to evaluate the system.
