Decentralisation of service provision and integrated services

Experimental Learning Group, 12-13 November 2009, Brussels

The issue of decentralisation and integration of services has been a repeated priority of EPR members over the last years, so that this learning group follows a range of discussion groups organised in the past. Yet, the learning group activity organised this year should not be a simple once-off event, but rather intends to be a deepening and intensification of the mutual learning process on the basis of the conclusions and recommendations from the last discussion group in 2007.

The purpose of this year’s learning group is for the participants to bring back some concrete ideas to settle in their respective centres and follow-up on their implementation.
