Empowerment of People with Disabilities Impact and Opportunities

During this Public Affairs conference, the European Platform for Rehabilitation facilitated discussion among key European stakeholders, about the impact of empowerment for both people with disabilities and services providers, and to discuss how to measure and benchmark it at European level.
The event culminated in the European Quality in Social Services EQUASS awarding ceremony during which quality was addressed as fundamental condition to ensure empowerment.
