Integrated e-learning environment for managing job retention and return to work

This meeting closes the field trial period of the past months, during which the participating centres have carried out face-to-face discussions with employers and worker representatives. During these discussions employers were introduced with the main instruments (face-to-face training course, e-learning environment, assessment questionnaires) and invited to give their opinions about them.

During this evaluation meeting, participants exchanged on their feedbacks from these discussions, on the quality and relevance of the tools and materials developped in the project. The outputs of this review were integrated in the face-to-face training course and the e-learning environment.

They also shared their experiences of the trial exercices in their six respective countries, gaining new insights of disability management issues in each State.

Finally this meeting offered the opportunity to analyze the possibilities for implementation and use of the tools after the duration of the project.
