National Learning Network
National Learning Network is Ireland's largest non-governmental training organisation with more than 50 locations nation-wide catering to over 4,500 learners each year. The organisation offers more than 40 different training programmes which carry nationally and internationally recognised certification and are designed to lead directly to jobs or progression to further education.
Its objective is to assist people at a disadvantage in the labour market to learn the skills they need to build lasting careers in jobs that reflect their interests and abilities. This is achieved through a brand of training, education and employment access support that is respected and often replicated across Europe. The organisation offers over 40 different vocational programmes, which carry nationally and internationally recognised certification. National Learning Network has a multi-disciplinary team of some 660 teachers, trainers, curriculum development officers, psychologists and employment support staff.
All centres have been approved under National Accreditation Committee operated by the HSE (Health Service Executive). National Learning Network is a FETAC accredited organisation for certification purposes. It has also been awarded the Index of Excellence Award by EIQA (Excellence Ireland Quality Association) within the EFQM Framework (European Foundation for Quality Management). National Learning Network Centres / Services also have achieved Excellence Through People via FAS. They also have achieved EQRM (European Quality in Rehabilitation Mark).
