Luovi Vocational College
Luovi Vocational College is Finland’s largest non-profit organisation for people with disabilities. In addition to its members’ services, it is involved in a range of activities, including health promotion, rehabilitation, special training and the running of work centres.
Luovi employs in five work centres around the country over 1,000 people. They cater for people with different kinds of disabilities and mental health problems, as well as individuals in danger of becoming socially excluded, i.e. people who would experience difficulties in entering the job market without special support. In addition to long-term employment, there are short-term training projects, which aim to prepare clients to find employment.
