Relations between service providers and employers

It appears that service providers and their professionals still struggle to correctly understand the needs of companies and that they often lack the awareness that employers should also be convinced as 'customers' in order to maximise the success rates of vocational reintegration. Moreover, service providers still need to define a systematic and coherent organisational approach for relations with employers.

 

 

 

 

The training was hosted and facilitated by The Employers' Forum on Disability set up by leading businesses in the United Kingdom to mobilise employers behind the economic and social inclusion for disabled people. The trainers of the event were Ms. Susan Scott-Parker OBE, founding Chief Executive of the Employers' Forum on Disability and Mr. Rick Williams, co-founder and partner in Freeney Williams Ltd (formerly Access Matters Ltd.)
