Workchance - LFSM Association

The WORKCHANCE Labour Market Service Providers' Association was established by 11 Hungarian organisations. It is a public benefit organisation with legal entity. 

The core objective of the Association is to help and, through the development of labour force services, raise the level of employment of people with disabilities. Furthermore, it aims at making employers recognise the benefits and social importance of employing people with disabilities.

In order to achieve this goal, the Association builds a national network, prepares methodological developments, represents the interests of its member organisations and provides services to them. It accomplishes its activity on the principle of partnership by providing quality services and taking efficiency in consideration.

The WORKCHANCE Association carries on following activities:

• scientific activity and research
• promotion and support of social equality and integration of disadvantaged groups
• support in training and employing disadvantaged people on the labour force market - including labour transmission and services -
• promotion of Euro-Atlantic integration
• documentary and cultural activity
• protection of human and civil rights, consumer protection.

The WORKCHANCE Association consists of proper and advocate members. More information on these members will be published here soon.
