Person-Centred Planning and Services

Training Seminar, 8 -9 March 2010, Brussels, Belgium

This Seminar will tackle the question of how to manage and engage the service user in the planning and services. It will help participants understand the principles of person-centred planning and service delivery for service users with disabilities, and identify specific case management strategies. Best or promising practices will be discussed, and participants will acquire knowledge, skills and tools to apply in their daily working life.

The seminar is specifically tailored for case managers, counsellors, vocational trainers, social workers and others who have direct contact with or provide direct supervision with professionals who have direct contact with service users in the provision of rehabilitation services.
