Webinar on Homecare – 25 September

Online 25 September 2019, 14.00-15.30

Home Care is a broad term used to describe care and general assistance services for people experiencing different types of physical or mental issues that require individualized home-based intervention by the services.

Despite the wide range of services offered in these field, it is necessary for these interventions to have a methodology and an approach that are often very different from the ones applied in traditional institutions and services.

More and more EPR members are providing home care services and have expressed an interest in exchanging experiences and potentially working together in the future on this topic.

Attending EPR members will exchange on current practices/services developed in their own organization. Based on their own experience, attendees will be invited to share some key success factors to effectively develop quality Home Care interventions, discuss challenges and explore areas of future cooperation.

Objectives

  • Increased understanding of the methodologies and the success elements behind quality Home Care services;
