Fundación Personas is a non-profit organisation founded in 2008 as a solidarity-based alliance of five family-led associations with over 60 years of experience in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. It currently manage 2739 places every day through a network of over 100 centers and services, covering the entire life cycle.
Its mission is to promote inclusion, autonomy and full citizenship of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families, ensuring that each person can develop their life project with dignity and equal opportunities.
The organisation envisions a fair and inclusive society where diversity is recognized as a value and where people with disabilities actively participate in all areas of life.
Fundación Personas supports people with intellectual disabilities, developmental disabilities and other support needs, as well as their families. The organisation works across all life stages, from early childhood to ageing, including individuals with high support needs.
