Based in Brussels, the Secretariat acts as the interface with EPR member organisations and with external stakeholders.
Alicia serves as the influential voice of our organisation in Brussels and across Europe. She is responsible for maintaining strong member relationships, expanding our network across Europe, developing strategic programs, empowering our members, and representing EPR’s interests in policy domains. With her leadership, EPR continues to shape European policies and regulations, making a positive impact in the social services sector.
Roberto leads EPR’s funding support service and coordinates the EPR staff working on projects. He leads EPR’s project development and management activities in cooperation with members. He is responsible for mutual learning and training activities related to funding and projects, including the Funding Working Group. He coordinates funding alerts and partner searches.
Ronald is responsible for the invoicing, bookkeeping and accountancy of EPR and EQUASS, including preparing budgets and reports. He leads direct audits for EQUASS and supervises the organisation of the training sessions. He is responsible for HR, contracts with externals, liaising with payroll and managing the organisation’s statutes. He also acts as the Office Manager.
Panita has over 15 years of experience in managing successful projects and organising high-level events in the social services sector, championing employment, education, and training opportunities for vulnerable groups. She leads the coordination of projects in which EPR is the lead partner and supports other EU initiatives, including NewWorkTech, SPACE and SUPPORT Projects. She contributes her expertise to research and funding proposals for Horizon Europe, Erasmus+ and ESF+, co-leads the organisation of the Annual Conference, and helps shape the success of other key EPR events.
Eberhard has a background in social affairs and education and previously worked with various local, national and European networks of civil society organisations and social service providers. He supports EPR’s members in capacity building, mutual learning & training, and leads working groups of our network on different themes, such as skills or mental health. He serves as facilitator for the EPR task forces, leads the Centre Coordinators meetings and supports specific policy development activities and strategic partnerships.
Benedetta has a background in law, and extensive experience in designing and managing EU-funded projects focused on inclusion. As part of the project team, she identifies relevant funding opportunities for EPR members, supports the EPR Funding Working Group meetings and the development of project applications. She contributes to the implementation, reporting and dissemination of projects coordinated by EPR, as well as those in which EPR participates as a partner.
Clara’s background is in International Business, EU Policy Making and Public Administration, with experience in Policy & Public Affairs consulting. She is responsible for the monitoring of EU, national and international policy developments, identifying opportunities for input into EU policy-making & contributing to the collection of EPR members’ good practices. She supports EPR external representation & the expansion of the EPR network. Clara is part of the Social Services Europe General Working Group and leads the preparation of the EPR Policy Network’s meetings, as well as carrying out tasks related to other working groups. She supports EPR’s projects’ policy-related output, including the drafting of policy recommendations.
Raia has a background in journalism and mass communications, and experience in corporate communications, dissemination of EU-funded projects, and events management. She is responsible for implementing the EPR’s communication strategy by managing and monitoring EPR’s social media content, Newsbulletin, website and audiovisual materials. She also manages the organisation of key events such as the EPR Annual Conference and the Public Affairs event. Raia is responsible for EPR’s Communications Network and facilitates the internal communication among the members of the network. She also coordinates the communication and dissemination strategy of European funded projects.
