Autism Foundation Finland is a not-for-profit service provider, founded in 1998 by parents of autistic adolescents. The main purpose of AFF is to provide high quality services for people on the Autism Spectrum. Their goal is to create a reassuring environment and to deliver successful outcomes, together with our clients, by enhancing their abilities and strengths through positive coaching and counselling.

AFF has 21 service units, half of them are group homes or locations for supported living. The other half consists of units of daily activities. AFF also offer different levels and types of counselling and coaching for people in different situations in their lives. A vital part of their activities is vocational services aiming towards employment for people with ASD.

On the top of that AFF offers rehabilitation and therapy services, as well as some animal-aided services, including using dogs and horses. The organisation has a farm which offers different activities with animals and other farm work.
