On 11 September, EPR invites members to join an online workshop presenting QIAT, the Quality of Life Impact Assessment Tool.
Developed by a European consortium of service providers in vocational education and training (VET), care and support for persons with disabilities, QIAT provides a variety of online tools to assess the impact of services on the quality of life of service users. The tool facilitates asking the client or service user if the service has improved their quality of life in specific areas, such as emotional well-being, employability, and community participation.
A variety of questionnaire versions and different language modules allow for QIAT to be used by many organisations and different groups of service users, to compare service user and staff perceptions, as well as ratings between service units within an organisation or with other organisations. The objective is to support the continuous improving of services on the basis of user feedback.
EPR members are invited to join the session and find out if QIAT may be a useful for their organisation.
