Online Training Workshop – Quality Assurance in Projects: From Principles to Practice

Online 16 December 2025,10:00 - 12:00 CET

*This online training is open to the public.

Quality Assurance (QA) brings various benefits that contribute to a project’s overall success. QA ensures that project deliverables consistently meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations by using systematic processes for monitoring and continuous improvement. QA is proactive, aiming to prevent and manage deviations so that any error, flaw, or nonconformity affecting a product or deliverable is identified and addressed throughout every stage of the project lifecycle – from quality planning, process performance reviews and performance evaluation, all supported by clear indicators and measurable quality criteria.

An expert in the field will lead the training, sharing proven materials and methods to support effective quality management in projects.
