EPR Open Call for an External Evaluator

EPR is looking for an external evaluator to conduct an evaluation based on monitoring the organisation’s actions, impact and policy influence. The evaluation will also look into understanding the impact our organisation has on our members, partners and on practices over the year 2025.

The evaluation timeline will be December 2025 to January 2026 and EPR will provide information and data necessary for it to be carried out.

EPR 2025 evaluation will be embedded in an evaluation framework comprised between 2022-2025. Our organisation has developed indicators to measure the impact and relevance and performance of our actions and activities. Those indicators need an external evaluation.

To evaluate the impact of our policy analysis and activities work at EU level.

• Proposed approach

EPR will suggest building on the evaluation done in 2023-2024.
