Our mission is to help individuals with disabilities to obtain and maintain meaningful employment, and thereby improving a person’s ability to live independently and contribute to one’s community. Our core values are safety, respect and development.

By focusing on the individual’s need for personal development, skills, employment and health we coach the participants towards ordinary employment.

Through trial work experience, guidance, training and qualification we prepare and help individuals obtain an ordinary job.

For individuals without possibilities for a job in the open labour market, we provide permanent adapted work.
