Employment Working Group Meeting

The Employment Working Group meets to advance knowledge and improve tools and methods for supporting persons with disabilities to enter decent and paid work. Working Group members share updates on national and EU developments on inclusion and employment policies, and contribute to initiatives for advancing disability employment strategies at EU level. Key topics are participation and empowerment, pathways to employment, professional development and career planning.
This working group holds three meetings in 2026. The first meeting of the year will take place on Friday 17 April 2026, 10:00-12:00 CEST online. The meeting agenda will include members updates, Disability Employment and Skills Guarantee, EU Quality Jobs Package and the role of employment for Independent Living.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
