This hybrid event brought together external speakers and stakeholders to discuss EPR’s forthcoming publication on pathways to employment with members.
EPR members are working on this publication in a Task Force, looking at analysis of social protection and employment legislation and good practices, what works best in terms of ensuring employment in the mainstream labour market.
It will include policy recommendations aimed at national and EU decision-makers, as well as serving as inspiration for service providers with good practice examples. What makes a policy aimed at supporting labour market inclusion successful? Where do we find good practices along the pathway and in policy? What could policy makers and funders do to support integrated holistic pathways to employment? What insight does the UN’s General Comment on article 27 bring? These are questions to be addressed with reflections from members and partners.
The European Commission also presented the Employment Package for discussion.
The draft programme outline and the registration form can be found below.
The event was followed by a social-networking dinner for members.
