Webmeeting on labour market inclusion: case management
Following the benchlearning in 2019, this web meeting invited participants to share their developments and experience in case management for facilitating the employment of PWD.
They discussed funding and policy barriers to successful case management and integrated care and support.
The aim of the meeting was to identify success factors and recommendations for policy and practice for service providers across Europe and explore possible further cooperation.

The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
