Workshop LMI and Digital Career Counselling

On 11 October 2024, EPR will organise an online session for an exchange of views about digital career counselling for persons with disabilities, as well as a LMI project materials and information system.

LMI4Dis_Abled is an ERASMUS+ funded project aimed at reducing the factors contributing to the multidimensional exclusion of disabled persons from adequate career opportunities and labour market participation. The project is developed by a consortium of seven partner organisations across Europe including EPR, involving also various Belgian organisations specialised in employment support for people with disabilities.

For the current project phase, which will be about reviewing training materials and a digital system, EPR would like to extend the group of reviewers to interested members across Europe. We would be very interested in hearing your feedback and insights to enhance the project outcomes!

Workshop Objectives:

• Showcase the Digital Careers Information System and main projects materials;
• Test the platform functionalities and its usability;
• Evaluate the project outcomes;
• Gather feedback from participants to identify any issues or areas for improvement.
