Explore the European Commission’s Digital Skills Assessment tool!
The European Commission offers an on-line digital skills test (available here) to assess one’s level and take steps to improve it.
The test is based on the DigComp 2.1 Framework, and enables users to add such digital skills to an online profile or a CV, Receive course suggestions (available soon), and explore learning paths to understand which digital skills should become one’s focus and how to improve them to reach certain goals. The test is available in 29 EU official languages, and has an accessibility mode available, which switches off the test timer, enabling users to take the test without time constraints.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
