Our Online Campaign 2025 highlighted the essential link between inclusive, high-quality services and the everyday lives of people with disabilities. Through a series of eight engaging graphics, the campaign showcased various resources that encourage and ensure quality in services, both from a theoretical perspective, and in practice. It featured detailed information on Quality Assurance Systems and tools, EU policy developments with a focus on the upcoming European Commission Framework on Social Services of Excellence for Persons with Disabilities, the opportunities and risks of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and good practices from EPR members in implementing AI within their service delivery.
