Social and rehabilitation services

CRPG’s intervention revolves around three axes:

• Rehabilitation and reintegration into active life of persons with acquired disabilities following accidents or diseases which compromise the normal development of one’s professional and life project;
• Active inclusion of persons with disabilities through support to school and professional qualification, as well as access to, maintenance and return to work;
• Lifelong learning for adults.

Main services:

• Assessment of accident or disease impacts’, evaluation of rehabilitation needs and elaboration of forensic expert reports and others;
• Rehabilitation and reintegration in professional active life, namely in persons with acquired brain injury, persons living with cancer, persons living with other diseases and persons who survived accidents;
• Functional rehabilitation in post-acute phase, i.e. after medical rehabilitation;
• Counselling, prescription and production of assistive products;
• Guidance and career counselling;
• Vocational education and training;
• Access, maintenance and return to work.

• Leadership
  CRPG engages in the most advanced leadership trends, conducting prospective analysis of the environment, anticipating the needs and potentials that will emerge in the future, inspiring also the vocational rehabilitation and social services sector.
• Case management
  Clients are engaged in designing and managing their individual plan (CRPG and community services), supported by a case manager, in a person-centred planning approach.
• Rehabilitation of persons with acquired brain injury (ABI)
  Holistic programme focused on the neuropsychological rehabilitation of people with ABI, combining group and individual interventions.
• Assistive products
  Needs assessment, prescription and counselling on assistive products for daily and professional life.
