Mission & Vision
The EKON Association employs people with disabilities, intermediates and assists them in finding jobs on the open labour market.
Being employed is a chance, for people with disabilities, of integration and stronger presence in the society, improvement of life conditions and mitigation of any inconveniencies connected with their diseases.
The EKON Association prepares and implements, in collaboration with the Non-Public Centre of Social Functioning and Vocational Rehabilitation of Adult People with Disabilities, specialist training programmes due to which people with disabilities generate the motivation, learn the team work, acquire basic information necessary for holding jobs, acquire new skills and improve the possessed ones.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
