In 2025, EPR launched an online campaign to highlight how high-quality services directly impact and lead to a better quality of life of people with disabilities. It aimed to inform and equip service providers with some of the available tools that support the meeting of high standards in service delivery, and that reflect the user’s feedback and experience. To achieve this goal, we developed and disseminated several infographics on this theme across our social media platforms, using the hashtag #InclusionMatters.
