QUASAR Project: Surveys on Quality in Services Underway

The QUASAR project, funded by Erasmus+, brings together organizations from Spain, Ireland, Italy, and EPR to explore innovative approaches to quality assurance within the disability and social service sectors. The project encompasses comprehensive reviews of internationally recognized standards such as ISO 9001, EFQM, and EQUASS, along with the integration of various local, sector-specific, and institutional methodologies. All of these efforts are centered on the goal of safeguarding user rights and enhancing the overall quality of life.

Over the past few weeks, our project partners have initiated surveys and interviews involving service providers, service users, and quality assurance experts. These engagements aim to gather valuable insights and expectations related to service quality within these sectors.

QUASAR is committed to improving quality assurance in vocational education and training (VET) services by promoting the knowledge about trends and key issues in quality assurance and quality management, including around quality of life and rights.
