Why Quality Matters
The “Why Quality Matters” Event on December 5th, 2023, showcased the QUASAR project, funded by the EU to elevate Vocational Education and Training (VET) and community-based services across Europe. The key objectives of the event were to:
- Present the QUASAR project, its main findings and insights;
- Enhance knowledge and awareness of staff in VET and community-based services on the pivotal topic of quality;
- Promote the implementation of quality assurance systems within service providers;
- Shape the future with recommendations for policy makers.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
