Digital Skills Working Group
The Working Group on Digital Skills supports digital skills of various target groups including service users, learners and teachers’ skills, both in turn supporting the digital transformation of services. The policy recommendations from these activities contribute to reduce labour market and social exclusion and inequalities and digital skills gaps, i.e. also smoothen digital transitions.
This year, EPR planned 3 meetings (3 online of 2 hours each) with the aim to:
- Exchange good practices, development of recommendations for service providers in skills to
teach online, updating resources developed in 2020 - Feed into consultation on European Digital Skills certificate
- Monitor new trends and innovative digital tools to support service provision
The second meeting will take place online on the 14th of September.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
