AI in Project Management: Practical Applications and AI Tools

Online 12 December 2025 10.00 AM – 12.00 PM CET

Overview

This 2-hour session shows project managers how to move from experimenting with ChatGPT and other AI tools to using them as reliable partners in daily work. We will address three core frustrations: hallucinations and unreliable answers, chaotic ad-hoc use of AI with no clear system, and the difficulty of applying AI to concrete project tasks such as explaining innovation and structuring methodology. Participants will see practical demos, follow clear prompting patterns, and test them on their own project topics.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

  • Reduce hallucinations by setting up basic personalization, using the right models, and applying context-first prompts.
  • Replace one-off prompts with simple, repeatable AI workflows for recurring project tasks.
  • Use AI to organise work: AI-powered projects built around pre-designed workflows and simple prompt libraries.
  • Apply AI to two critical proposal tasks: drafting clear innovation explanations and designing work packages (methodology) that are logically organised around objectives, activities, results, and impacts.

Target Audience

  • Project managers and team members from various fields looking to integrate AI into their project management practices.

Duration
