Pathways to Community Inclusion
Our third and final online meeting for the series Pathways to Community Inclusion will take place on 18 December from 14:00 to 16:00 CET. The aim of this session is for EPR members to exchanging on the themes of autonomy, independent living and transition to community-based services.
Now that the EU Guidance on Independent Living and Inclusion in the Community has been published, we will continue discussions around how this new policy framework may impact services at a time where the transition from institutionalised settings towards community based care is evermore central.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR). EQUASS enhances the social sector by engaging social service providers in continuous improvement, learning and development, in order to guarantee service users quality of services throughout Europe.
