Digital Skills Working Group
The Working Group on Digital Skills supports digital skills of various target groups including service users, learners and teachers’ skills, both in turn supporting the digital transformation of services. The policy recommendations from these activities contribute to reduce labour market and social exclusion and inequalities and digital skills gaps, i.e. also smoothen digital transitions.
This session will conclude the working group activities for 2023. Following the feedback by working group members, we would like to dedicate time to discuss three topics currently buzzing around digital skills/skills and this group: (1) AI in service provision, (2) Validation of skills and competences, (3) Expanding the scope of the working group to digital, soft and social skills.

EQUASS
The European Quality in Social Services (EQUASS) is an initiative of the European Platform for Rehabilitation (EPR).
