Digital Transformation Taskforce: Organisational Transformation

Some EPR members were already pursuing a digitalisation or digital transformation strategy or activities before the pandemic hit. Many others were forced to quickly implement digital tools and approaches across their organisations, some starting more comprehensive digital transformation processes. Following last year’s initial task force meetings that brought members together for a first time of sharing, and the Workshop on leading digital transformation, this task force group will bring members together to share and learn from each other about implementing sustainable digital transformation at organisational level.

At the end of this first meeting participants will plan future meetings and further topics for discussion.
