Launch of the TRANSITACTION.EU Platform

Transition to employment is a particularly difficult phase for Young Adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (YAASD) and Transition Coaches, who often do not have the necessary skills. For companies too it is hard to open the door to the inclusion of YAASD. For families and the community in general, facing a complex change in their role and task that they often fail to manage.

We are pleased to launch the TRANSITACTION.EU Platform, a digital space that offers interactive and inspiring contents: from good practices to digital tools, e-Learning modules and further experiences to support Transition Coaches, peers, Young Adults with Autistic Spectrum Disorder, companies, co-workers, families and other stakeholders in their role in the transition from school or inactivity to Employment. 

Who is this event organised for?  

• Young Adults with ASD 
• Transition Coaches (all professions that support the transition to employment (educators, psychologists, social workers, job coaches, teachers, trainers, etc.) 
• Companies interested in young adults’ employment 
• Co-workers of people with ASD 
• Families or people with ASD 
• Volunteers associations and all community actors playing a role in social inclusion
