Quality Services in ensuring and promoting Community Inclusion

LA QUALITÀ NEI SERVIZI PER GARANTIRE E PROMUOVERE PROCESSI INCLUSIVI NELLE COMUNITÀ.

L’iniziativa si terrà presso il Cinema del Centro per l’arte contemporanea “Luigi Pecci” a Prato nella giornata di martedì 10 Dicembre e vuole rappresentare un momento di condivisione di idee e buone pratiche che trovano riferimenti ed applicazioni dalla realtà pratese alle dimensioni europee. Grazie alla partecipazione di persone esperte a livello locale, nazionale ed internazionale, saranno presentate esperienze e riflessioni focalizzate su alcune tematiche di
interesse:

INTERCULTURALITÀ – quali elementi simili e quali elementi differenti, si incontrano nella
percezione e nella rappresentazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno di alcune comunità
culturali.

TEMPO LIBERO – quali progettualità consolidate, sostenibili ed innovative, concorrono
nell’innescare processi inclusivi in ambito artistico, ricreativo e sportivo all’interno delle comunità
territoriali.

QUALITÀ NEI SERVIZI – quali strumenti aiutano a valutare, mantenere, certificare e comunicare la
qualità dei servizi, garantendo e promuovendo i diritti delle persone con disabilità.

The event took place in the Movie Theatre of the Center for Contemporary Art “Luigi Pecci” in Prato on Tuesday 10 December. The events aimed to be a moment for sharing ideas and good practices, from a local (Prato) to a European dimensions. Thanks to the participation of experts at regional, national and international level, a wide range of experiences and reflections were showcased:

INTERCULTURALITY – Similarities and differences in the perception and representation of people with disabilities in different cultural contexts.

LEISURE TIME – Consolidated, sustainable and innovative projects contribute in triggering inclusive processes in the artistic, recreational and sports fields within the local communities.

QUALITY OF SERVICES – which tools help to evaluate, maintain, certify and communicate
quality of services, guaranteeing and promoting the rights of people with disabilities.
