For this reason, it is important that organisations active in the field of care have the opportunity to learn new methods and apply new tools to support and measure happiness in the workplace.
This webinar discussed initiatives to address well-being in the workplace, including the findings of the 2018 mini study on staff engagement and motivation based on good practices, found here.
