Well-being at work: Shaping a healthy work culture

Online 28 October 10:00 - 12:00 CET Brussels time

EPR & Badiliko joined forces to support EPR members and extended network between the months of July and October via an exclusive interactive Webinar Learning Series: “Well-being at Work: Coping & Balancing (1); Coaching skills for resilience (2) and Shaping a healthy work culture (3)”

Who was this for?

Those of you who were looking for an opportunity to learn, connect and share with each other how to improve your team members coping skills and resilience in times of ambiguity and pressure at work.

What did participants learn?

Shaping a healthy work culture was our third 2-hour interactive virtual learning session in our series.

Our first session entitled Coping aimed at helping understand levels of stress, its impact and deal with it more effectively.

Our second learning session entitled Balancing was about learning and practising the art of coaching skills to support others. This session provided a core tool to help others handle difficulties more effectively.

Our third and last learning session was Shaping. It focused on taking coaching skills to the next level. It identified the elements which constitute a healthy work culture and how to become an active contributor to shaping the work environment and culture.

This learning session showed how to:

  • Deepen your coaching skills in this discovery process by further practicing with your peers
  • Recognize the elements which constitute a psychological well-being culture
  • Identify how to become a well-being role model, leader and a positive shaper of your work culture
  • Leave with at least one personal practical action to build your mental well-being legacy
