Two online interactive workshop sessions, one-to-one support and a follow-up workshop are included in the package. 3-hour sessions will be held on May 27th (9.30-12.30), June 10th (9.30-12.30) CEST, Brussels time. There will be a final session for participants to share and learn from their experiences either online or in-person on 29th September 13.30-16.30 (in the framework of the Annual Conference). For EPR members, an online meeting for sharing and discussing key challenges and developments in their digitalisation processes will also be organized one week before the first workshop (20th May).
Aim and content
The workshop will be led by external experts from the Triangility digital consultancy and will equip participants with a variety of proven tools to lead successful, sustainable and strategic transformation processes. Digitalisation is a never-ending story, a process not a project. Similar to Total Quality Management, it has a start but probably never ends. Triangility will help organisations to add capabilities to an existing business model, digital technology being an element of that. The sessions will be relevant for organisations at any stage of the digital transformation story.
Some organisations will have already implemented a strategy or actions for digitalisation in recent months or years. Others will have had digitalisation forced on them because of impacts of COVID-19. Still others are considering a digital transformation of their services in the near future, based on the assumption that there will be a new normal, and considering the benefits of digitalisation and the flexibility that online service provision can offer.
The package of sessions is for both EPR members and non-members. More information about the sessions, consultancy and prices can be found in the programme file below, along with the registration link. Registration closes on the 20th May.
