Mission & Vision

Our mission is to support (young) people with disabilities in their pathway to sustainable job placement on the labour market. We do so as with our knowledge and experience as service provider and as empowering organisation.

Pluryn core values are: self-determination, inclusion, participation and qualification.

REA College Nederland is an empowering, expert organisation that crosses borders while supporting (young) people with disabilities in tailor-made education programs to obtain sustainable jobs. REA College promotes the rights of the target group and always looks for new opportunities.

It is our belief that (young) people with disabilities have many valuable talents. Inclusion is necessary because everyone is valuable for our society.

Social and rehabilitation services

  • Employment services: Jobfinding, Jobcoaching, Teaching on the job

  • Social care: Our mother organisation Pluryn (and our network partners) are specialised in social care
  • Residential care: We strive for independent living or our students in the society. When residential care is needed, we strive for solutions close to the network of the student. We have possibilities for our students to house them residential care in those cases is supplied by our mother organisation Pluryn.
