Mission and Vision

A non-profit association, Melioris, created in 2012, brings together 13 health and medico-social institutions, including Melioris Le Grand Feu, a medical care and rehabilitation establishment (SMR) that welcomes people with physical disabilities with the aim of promoting their autonomy in their family, social and professional lives.
The ambitions of the Melioris, reflect the desire to anchor itself in solidarity on the Territory, in order to offer everyone, helped as caregivers, the best for their health.
To meet the needs of our users, people with disabilities and vulnerability, we continuously develop innovation in Health and offer new modes of care and support as well as new technological tools.
The association continues its momentum of decompartmentalization by promoting the notions of life course and global care, in proximity and individuality, respecting new emerging needs, especially in terms of housing, but also the singularity of each user. In this sense,
the association reinforces the inclusive approach, which gives humanity, flexibility and diversity to the answers provided as well as the right place for the user’s word.
Finally, Melioris strongly supports the transition from curative to preventive, by making the promotion of health and prevention as a whole, the first response to the accompaniment of accompanied people.
