Cedar is committed to a rights-based approach to disability through the design and delivery of innovative services, rooted in the principles of UNCRPD, and which are co-produced with the individuals and families we support. We are actively engaged in the utilisation of Outcome Based approaches to demonstrate the impact of our work. In line with our Vision and Mission, all our services are developed using co-production methodology in partnership with our service users. This is complemented by our comprehensive staff development programmes aimed at building resilient staff teams. We also have a bespoke Leadership and Management Development programme to ensure our Leaders and Managers are role models of our values. This enables us to deliver on our Charter of Rights for service Users and our Leadership and Management Charter.
