New episode from the European PES Network podcast on workplace diversity
The European Public Employment Services (PES) Network has published the latest episode of its monthly podcast “PESPod”. The episode is titled “Strength through diversity” and talks about workplace inclusion. It hears from both the PES of the Brussels region “Actiris” and an employer, the CEO of The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV. In the interview both discuss how to work with employers to improve workforce diversity, while delivering better results and improving job matching.
