The European Commission adopted a green and inclusive Human Resources Strategy

On the 5th of April the European Commission adopted a new Human Resources Strategy. The Strategy aims to make the Commission a more attractive workplace by introducing faster and more flexible recruitment procedures, streamlining and digitalising HR services and increasing efforts to create a greener work environment, in line with the Green transition goals. A particular focus is given to inclusion, as the Strategy will boost efforts to make the Commission a discrimination-free and gender-balanced workplace, also increasing its physical and digital accessibility for persons with disabilities.
