On December 21st, presented the Time 2 Outdoor project to two different educational centres in Valladolid, Spain. The aim of these events was to disseminate the valuable outcomes of our project and introduce the T2O Outdoor Curriculum to educators and sport trainers eager to integrate these findings into their educational environments.
A big thank you to IES Antonio Tovar and FPB Básica Parquesol for their enthusiastic interest in our initiative. Special thanks also go to the EPR member, Fundación INTRAS, for facilitating and fostering this important connection.
This engagement marks a pivotal step in our collective mission, and we eagerly anticipate the positive impact and widespread adoption of the T2O Outdoor Curriculum within these educational institutions and beyond.
The context of the Time 2 Outdoor (T2O) project is centered on enhancing participation in sports and physical activities for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Led by Sanliurfa Genclik ve Spor Il Mudurlugu in Turkey, the project has fostered collaborative efforts with EPR in Belgium and Asociatia Romana de Psihopedagogie Aplicata in Romania.
Our main objective is empowering educators and sports teachers with effective strategies and resources derived from our project’s outcomes. By bridging the gap between research and practice, we aspire to create inclusive and enriching environments that benefit children with ASD.
