Webinar – Ageing with a Disability: Challenges, Practices & Policy Perspectives

What does it mean to age with a disability in today’s Europe? What challenges do individuals, families, professionals and systems face, and how can we better support inclusive and rights-based approaches across the life course?

This webinar, organised in the framework of the Erasmus + project GOLD, brings together practitioners, policymakers, civil society organisations and other stakeholders to explore the intersection between ageing and disability from practical and policy perspectives.

• An introduction to the GOLD project and its objectives;

• A thematic presentation on the key concepts and challenges related to ageing with a disability;

• Inspiring practices from organisations working on adapting environments and activities, supporting informal carers and professionals, and promoting inclusive daily routines;

• Presentation of the GOLD Learning Pathway and e-learning opportunities;

• A discussion of emerging EU-level policy recommendations;

• An interactive stakeholder exchange to collect feedback and strengthen future policy proposals.

The webinar will provide space for questions, discussion and shared reflection.
