Jump to Job! Updates of the year

Jump to Job! was a 3-years Erasmus + project with 7 project partners, including EPR members GTB (Belgium), Theotokos Foundation (Greece), URI (Slovenia) and Fundacion INTRAS (Spain) and the University of Leuven Limburg, (UCLL, Belgium) and LYK – Z (Norway). It aims at increasing employment among young people with disabilities (YPWD) and ended in October 2022.

Jump To Job Final Dissemination event, Brussels (Belgium)

Following the Final Dissemination Event and national dissemination events in Belgium, Greece, Slovenia and Spain, all project deliverables and additional documents have been made available on the project webpage. (and can also be accessed on the ERASMUS+ Project Results Website). The main deliverable is the Curriculum for Peer Mentors and Job Coaches for Young Persons with Disabilities (YPWD) (available in 5 languages: English, Dutch, Greek, Slovenian, Spanish), supported by an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the FROG Methodology used in the project (again available in 5 languages). The project partners also issued a protocol on experience expertise and job coaching of YPWD (Co-Production Protocol”), an Environmental Impact Protocol and Environmental Impact Report. In order to support the dissemination of the project results, EPR elaborated “promotional material” Pilot Phase 1 and for the Pilot Phase and issued the Newsletter 4.
