Change4Inclusion Project: 2022 Highlights

Change4Inclusion is a 2-years ESF+ project led by GTB in partnership with EPR (Belgium), SIVA (Latvia), Fundación Intras (Spain) and three partners from Flanders: Sterpunt Inclusief Ondernemen, Pulso Europe and GRIP. It started in early 2021, builds parlty on the insights and tools of the Talentoscoop Project and aims to support employers to work towards inclusive workplaces and a learning and inclusive organisation culture.

The project’s focus is on how (top-)management can realise an inclusive enterprise or organisation, based on own values and the own service mission and on how the organisation culture can be changed in a sustainable manner towards one promoting the inclusion of workers with a disability or (mental) health problem.

In 2022, the two transnational project partner meetings were held in Jūrmala, Latvia, on 29 and 30 March, hosted by SIVA, and in Valladolid, Spain, on 13 and 14 September, hosted by INTRAS. They served as key moments to present, discuss and provide feedback on the six main deliverables of the project:

  1. The questionnaire and interview guidance as instruments to measure inclusive enterprises/organisations and inclusion at the workplace;
  2. The manual/guidance for coaches for mentors in Mentorcafés;
  3. The training modules for experiential experts in the fields of disability and labour market inclusion;
  4. Policy advice on the use of expertise by experience/experiential experts in labour market inclusion and vocational rehabilitation services;
  5. A business case model for a shifting towards inclusive organisations;
  6. Policy recommendations.

Together with all other outcomes of the project they have been uploaded to the project webpage.
