The EU policies in the fields of disability and social services increasingly impact on the day-to-day operations of services providers in the various EU Member States. It is important for service providers to understand the stakes of disability legislation, its consequences and the principles underpinning its development.

(May 2011) The seminar was built upon research carried out on behalf of the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions into Active Inclusion approaches in 6 EU Member States.

The impact of the crisis on the implementation of the UN Convention (7 November 2011) - The study analyses the specific impact – in terms of employment, independent living, education, primary care and assistance - on the rights of people with disabilities.
Active inclusion of young people with disabilities or health problems (2011 – 2012) - Research project funded by the European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions (Eurofound) with the aim to evaluate and compare the status of the active inclusion of young people with disabilities in different countries.
